Molly always loved taking pictures and drawing in her sketchbook as a kid. She had never really considered that she could get paid for that sort of thing. So she went off to college to study Philosophy and German. It wasn't until she took a few art classes in her final year, Digital Photography and Graphic Design, that she realized she didn't really want to be an academic. Following years of prodding by her then-boyfriend, Chandra, Molly finally decided to pursue a career in the Arts. After graduating from SUNY Geneseo, she began working as a freelance photographer and artist. Two years later, Molly wanted to try a creative career with a little more earning potential. Enter Web Design. Molly came knocking on Ancient Wisdom's door for an internship, and Chip and Bryan welcomed her to the fold. A year later, Molly had become Ancient Wisdom's first full-time employee, and she was finally doing was she loved doing most - making art!
Molly made Ithaca her home in 2004 and hasn't left since. She loves her job and feels incredibly lucky to be working with her very closest friends doing work that she truly enjoys. In her free time, Molly likes riding bikes with her now-husband, Chandra, gardening in her backyard, taking photos with her 20D, singing with the company band, playing Open Arena, and drinking Viva margaritas with Katy. She also volunteers when she can for Garden Gate Delivery, a previous client of Ancient Wisdom's, and aspires to one day learn how to farm like a pro.
