Project: WEBSITE DESIGN AND MESSAGING
After a few successful previous collaborations, Longview most recently hired us to refresh their web presence, and reposition them online as a leading eldercare facility in Ithaca’s busy market.
First, we helped Longview focus their message for the web. Together we identified their value proposition, and reorganized their content from an institution-centric perspective to an audience-centric perspective.
Then we modernized and optimized their site CMS, and brought focus to their initial online brand presentation– an experience especially important for their potential clients.
To give prospective residents a better view into a day in the life at Longview, we partnered with Allison Usavage for photography. Her images provide a layer of visual storytelling that evokes an emotional connection with visitors as they browse the website.
